Eurus Energy is a major Japanese renewable energy developer and operator with global wind and solar activities. In Africa, its most visible role is in Egypt, where together with partners it has developed the Gulf of Suez Wind Farm II; in 2025 Eurus announced the 650 MW project had reached commercial operation, describing it as Africa’s largest wind power plant.
