ACWA Power is a Saudi Arabia-based developer, investor, co-owner and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants. Listed on Tadawul (Saudi Stock Exchange) since 2021, it had total assets exceeding SAR 100 billion (~US$26.7 bn) as of end-2023. In Africa, ACWA Power is a key player in Morocco (Noor Ouarzazate CSP complex – 580 MW, one of the world's largest CSP facilities) and South Africa (Bokpoort 50 MW CSP, Redstone 100 MW CSP). The company is also active in Egypt across solar and wind, and has expanded its desalination footprint in North Africa. ACWA Power's total global portfolio under development and operation exceeded 50 GW as of 2024.
